Article R6122-20 of the French Public Health Code

The National Committee makes its decisions on the basis of applications. Project promoters are heard by the rapporteur at their request. They may also be heard by the relevant section of the National Committee, if the Committee Chairman deems it useful.

Le comité national se prononce sur dossier. Les promoteurs de projets sont entendus sur leur demande par le rapporteur. Ils peuvent également, si le président du comité le juge utile, être entendus par la section compétente du comité national.
