The powers and composition of the Committee’s social section are set out in Articles R. 312-177 and R. 312-178 of the French Social Action and Family Code.

Unless otherwise stipulated, the operating procedures of the health section apply to the social section.

Les compétences et la composition de la section sociale du comité sont fixées par les articles R. 312-177 et R. 312-178 du code de l’action sociale et des familles.

Sauf disposition contraire, les modalités de fonctionnement de la section sanitaire sont applicables à la section sociale.
