I.-An “A” nuclear medicine authorisation may only be granted if the holder has a formalised emergency procedure enabling patients to be cared for if necessary, within a timeframe compatible with health protection requirements.
II.-An “B” nuclear medicine authorisation may only be granted if the holder has:
1° A hospitalisation sector, on site or by agreement, enabling patients requiring full hospitalisation to be cared for;
2° An intensive care unit or resuscitation unit, either on site or by agreement, enabling patients to be treated within a timeframe compatible with health protection requirements.
