I.-The holder of the authorisation bearing the word “rehabilitation” organises the patient care provided for in the first paragraph of article R. 6123-143 either in-house or jointly under an agreement with a structure authorised to carry out medical and rehabilitation care in the form of full hospitalisation.
II.-When the holder of the authorisation organises in-house patient care:
1° It has at least one doctor specialising in physical and rehabilitation medicine or with proven training or experience in rehabilitation and a multidisciplinary team trained in rehabilitation care. The procedures for recognition of training or experience in rehabilitation are determined by order of the Minister for Health;
2° It draws up an agreement with a structure authorised to provide medical and rehabilitation care in the form of full hospitalisation, organising the procedures for direct patient admission.
III – Where the holder of the authorisation organises patient care within the framework of an agreement, the agreement defines in particular the arrangements for joint patient care, including the arrangements for organising care and continuity of care, the arrangements for transmitting and monitoring information, the services that may be provided, the arrangements for payment for these services, the arrangements for direct patient admission and the arrangements for relaying care.
