I.-The holder of a hospital at home authorisation for “children under three years of age” has access, either internally or by agreement, to a facility authorised to carry out neonatal intensive care and to a facility authorised to carry out paediatric intensive care, enabling the patient to be transferred if necessary.
II.-When the holder of a hospital at home authorisation for “children under the age of three” provides oncohaematology treatment, he has access, either internally or by agreement, to a facility authorised to provide cancer treatment in the form of full hospitalisation and which performs oncohaematology procedures.
III. -When the holder of a home hospital care authorisation for “children under the age of three” organises the care of newborns and infants from a neonatology department, this care is provided in-house or jointly under an agreement with a facility authorised to carry out neonatology activities in the form of full hospitalisation.
When care is provided in-house, the holder of the home hospital care authorisation for children under three years of age must have at least one doctor specialising in paediatrics and a nurse trained in developmental care.
When care is provided within the framework of an agreement with a facility authorised to provide neonatal care in the form of full hospitalisation, the agreement stipulates in particular the terms and conditions for joint patient care, including the terms and conditions for organising care and continuity of care, the terms and conditions for transmitting and monitoring information and the terms and conditions for remuneration.
