Without prejudice to the provisions of articles R. 6111-41 to R. 6111-49 relating to on-call care in health establishments :
1° Depending on the needs identified in the area concerned, the Director General of the Regional Health Agency proposes to the holder of the authorisation to participate in the permanent care service. The territorial organisation of this permanence may be based on the use of teleradiology resources.
The duty of care may be shared by several authorised sites. In this case, an agreement is drawn up between the authorisation holders to define the organisational procedures, specify the participation of staff from each site and set the conditions for patient referral and treatment. When the two sites are under the responsibility of the same holder, there is a formalised internal organisation for on-call care;
2° As soon as the holder has at least three cross-sectional imaging units on the same site, it guarantees, at the request of the General Director of the Regional Health Agency, the possibility of carrying out examinations and interpreting the results on at least one nuclear magnetic resonance imaging unit, for urgent and unscheduled treatment over twelve-hour periods on working days.
