Article R6123-174 of the French Public Health Code

The holder of the authorisation provides, on site or by agreement with another holder, care for patients in the form of part-time stays, full-time stays and outpatient care, including care at home.

In order to guarantee continuity of care for psychiatric patients, certain types of care, defined by order of the Minister for Health, may be provided outside the authorised site. The authorisation specifies the places where these care methods are deployed. The authorisation holder requests that the authorisation be amended if new sites are added.

Le titulaire de l’autorisation permet, sur site ou par convention avec un autre titulaire, une prise en charge des patients sous la forme de séjours à temps partiel, de séjours à temps complet et de soins ambulatoires, y compris des soins à domicile.

Afin de garantir la continuité des parcours des patients en psychiatrie, certains modes de prise en charge, définis par arrêté du ministre chargé de la santé, peuvent être déployés en dehors du site autorisé. L’autorisation précise les lieux où sont déployés ces modes de prise en charge. Le titulaire de l’autorisation sollicite la modification de l’autorisation si de nouveaux lieux sont ajoutés.
