The authorisation holder provides outpatient care, both scheduled and unscheduled, on site or by agreement.

The authorisation holder organises crisis prevention, reception and management. This care may be organised by agreement with one or more other authorisation holders.

Le titulaire de l’autorisation organise l’accès aux soins non programmés dans un délai adapté à l’état clinique du patient. Cet accès peut être organisé par convention avec un ou plusieurs autres titulaires d’autorisations.

Le titulaire de l’autorisation assure des soins ambulatoires, programmés et non programmés, sur site ou par convention.

Le titulaire de l’autorisation organise le dispositif de prévention, d’accueil et de prise en charge de la crise. Cette prise en charge peut être organisée par convention, avec un ou plusieurs autres titulaires d’autorisation.
