The holder of the authorisation contributes to the reintegration and social inclusion of the patient under its care, in particular in conjunction with other health, social or medico-social establishments, services or persons mentioned in the Public Health Code and the Social Action and Family Code. To this end, the authorisation holder provides patients with access to psycho-social rehabilitation care, depending on their clinical situation.

Le titulaire de l’autorisation concourt à la réinsertion et à l’inclusion sociale du patient pris en charge, en lien notamment avec d’autres établissements de santé, sociaux ou médico-sociaux, services ou personnes mentionnés au code de la santé publique et au code de l’action sociale et des familles. A ce titre, le titulaire de l’autorisation permet l’accès aux patients, en fonction de leur situation clinique, à des soins de réhabilitation psycho-sociale.
