The authorisation holder organises access to paediatric care as part of the child or adolescent’s personalised care pathway.

They contribute to the organisation of this pathway, in particular in conjunction with general practitioners, paediatric services, maternal and child protection, school medicine, adolescent centres, the social and medico-social sectors, child welfare and the education and legal systems.

Le titulaire de l’autorisation organise l’accès aux soins pédiatriques dans le cadre du parcours de soins personnalisé de l’enfant ou de l’adolescent.

Il contribue à l’organisation de ce parcours, en lien notamment avec la médecine de ville, les services de pédiatrie, la protection maternelle et infantile, la médecine scolaire, les maisons des adolescents, les secteurs social et médico-social, l’aide sociale à l’enfance, les systèmes éducatif et judiciaire.
