Article R6123-3-14 of the French Labour Code

The Regional Committee for Employment, Training and Vocational Guidance meets at least twice a year, when convened jointly by the Prefect of the Region and the Chairman of the Regional Council, who set the agenda, or at the request of the majority of its members.

The meeting notice is accompanied by the documents relating to the items on the agenda.

Le comité régional de l’emploi, de la formation et de l’orientation professionnelles se réunit au moins deux fois par an, sur convocation conjointe du préfet de région et du président du conseil régional qui fixent l’ordre du jour, ou à la demande de la majorité de ses membres.

La convocation est accompagnée des documents relatifs aux points inscrits à l’ordre du jour.
