Article R6123-3-15 of the French Labour Code

The Committee Bureau is convened jointly by the Regional Prefect and the Chairman of the Regional Council at least five days before the meeting. It shall be accompanied by the documents relating to the items on the agenda.

In cases of urgency defined jointly by the Regional Prefect and the Chairman of the Regional Council for the implementation of the provisions of the fifth paragraph of article L. 6123-3, the deadline mentioned in the first paragraph is reduced to 48 hours.

The Bureau is deemed to have taken a decision on expiry of the period referred to in the previous paragraph.

Article R6123-3-15

La convocation du bureau du comité est effectuée conjointement par le préfet de région et le président du conseil régional au moins cinq jours avant sa réunion. Elle est accompagnée des documents relatifs aux points inscrits à l’ordre du jour.

Dans les cas d’urgence définis conjointement par le préfet de région et le président du conseil régional pour la mise en œuvre des dispositions du cinquième alinéa de l’article L. 6123-3, le délai mentionné au premier alinéa est ramené à 48 heures.

Le bureau est réputé s’être prononcé à l’expiration du délai mentionné au précédent alinéa.
