Article R6123-3-8 of the French Labour Code

The Regional Committee for Employment, Training and Vocational Guidance and its Bureau are jointly chaired by the Prefect of the Region and the President of the Regional Council.

The vice-chairmanship of the committee and its bureau is held jointly by:

a) A representative of the professional employers’ organisations, appointed by the representatives mentioned in b of 3° of article R. 6123-3-3 for the committee and in 3° of article R. 6123-3-10 for the Bureau;

b) A representative of the employee trade union organisations, appointed by the representatives mentioned in a of 3° of Article R. 6123-3-3 for the Committee and by the representatives mentioned in 3° of Article R. 6123-3-10 for the Bureau.

Article R6123-3-8

Le comité régional de l’emploi, de la formation et de l’orientation professionnelles ainsi que son bureau sont présidés conjointement par le préfet de région et le président du conseil régional.

La vice-présidence du comité et de son bureau est assurée conjointement par :

a) Un représentant des organisations professionnelles d’employeurs, désigné par les représentants mentionnés au b du 3° de l’article R. 6123-3-3 pour le comité et au 3° de l’article R. 6123-3-10 pour le bureau ;

b) Un représentant des organisations syndicales de salariés, désigné par les représentants mentionnés au a du 3° de l’article R. 6123-3-3 pour le comité et par les représentants mentionnés au 3° de l’article R. 6123-3-10 pour le bureau.
