Article R6123-3-9 of the French Labour Code

The Executive Committee shall prepare the meetings of the Regional Committee. It guides and monitors the work of the planned commissions mentioned in article R. 6123-3-13.

It is responsible for consultation between the State, the region and the professional organisations and trade unions that are representative at national and cross-industry level on the subjects mentioned in articles L. 6111-6, L. 6121-1, L. 6323-3 and L. 6323-21.

Within this framework, it promotes the definition and implementation of a concerted regional strategy for vocational guidance, the development of work-linked training and vocational training for both employees and jobseekers.

Article R6123-3-9

Le bureau prépare les réunions du comité régional. Il oriente et suit les travaux des commissions prévues mentionnées à l’article R. 6123-3-13.

Il est chargé de la concertation entre l’Etat, la région et les organisations professionnelles et syndicales représentatives au plan national et interprofessionnel sur les sujets mentionnés aux articles L. 6111-6, L. 6121-1, L. 6323-3, et L. 6323-21.

Il favorise dans ce cadre la définition et la mise en œuvre d’une stratégie régionale concertée en matière d’orientation professionnelle, de développement de l’alternance et de formation professionnelle des salariés comme des demandeurs d’emploi.
