Article R6123-31 of the French Labour Code

France Compétences pays a skills operator, as part of the inter-branch equalisation mentioned in 1° of article L. 6123-5, an additional allocation for the financing of work-linked training when :

1° The funds allocated to the financial section mentioned in 1° of article L. 6332-3 are insufficient to cover the expenses mentioned in I of article L. 6332-14 ;

2° The skills operator has allocated at least 90% of its funds to finance training activities relating to apprenticeship contracts, and its ancillary costs, in particular accommodation and catering, as well as training activities relating to professionalisation contracts and retraining or promotion through work-linked training as referred to in article L. 6324-1.

France compétences verse à un opérateur de compétences, au titre de la péréquation inter-branches mentionnée au 1° de l’article L. 6123-5, une dotation complémentaire pour le financement de l’alternance lorsque :

1° Les fonds affectés à la section financière mentionnée au 1° de l’article L. 6332-3 sont insuffisants pour prendre en charge les dépenses mentionnées au I de l’article L. 6332-14 ;

2° L’opérateur de compétences a affecté au moins 90 % de ses fonds destinés à financer des actions de formation relatives aux contrats d’apprentissage, et à ses frais annexes, notamment d’hébergement et de restauration, ainsi que des actions de formation relatives aux contrats de professionnalisation et aux reconversions ou promotions par alternance mentionnées à l’article L. 6324-1.
