Article R6123-32-13 of the French Public Health Code

For its application to La Réunion and Mayotte, the last paragraph of article R. 6123-29 reads as follows:

“The constitutive agreement of the networks created in La Réunion and Mayotte is submitted for approval to the Director of the Indian Ocean Health Agency, who ensures the coherence of the networks defined in article R. 6123-27. “

Pour son application à La Réunion et à Mayotte le dernier alinéa de l’article R. 6123-29 est ainsi rédigé :

” La convention constitutive des réseaux créés à La Réunion et à Mayotte est soumise à l’approbation du directeur de l’agence de santé de l’océan Indien, qui veille à la cohérence des réseaux définis à l’article R. 6123-27. ”
