The regional health plan specifies the specialised activities involving direct patient care and provides for their location within the health region.
An establishment’s participation in such direct care is included in the multiannual contract for objectives and resources mentioned in article L. 6114-1. This contract sets out the terms and conditions of this participation.

La participation d’un établissement à ces prises en charge directes est inscrite dans le contrat pluriannuel d’objectifs et de moyens mentionné à l’article L. 6114-1. Ce contrat fixe les modalités de cette participation.
