Article R6123-32 of the French Labour Code

The portion of the additional funding allocated, pursuant to the second paragraph of article R. 6123-31, to professionalisation contracts and retraining or promotion through work-linked training is paid up to a ceiling set by order of the Minister responsible for vocational training, based, in particular, on their average observed costs and increases linked to priority groups, made after consultation with France Compétences.

Article R6123-32

La part de la dotation de financement complémentaire affectée, en application du second alinéa de l’article R. 6123-31, aux contrats de professionnalisation et aux reconversions ou promotions par alternance est versée dans la limite d’un plafond fixé par arrêté du ministre chargé de la formation professionnelle, en fonction, notamment, de leurs coûts moyens observés et de majorations liées à des publics prioritaires, pris après avis de France compétences.
