Article R6123-51 of the French Public Health Code

The regional health plan sets objectives with regard to cooperation between health establishments authorised to practise obstetrics, neonatology and neonatal intensive care and the organisation of referrals for pregnant women prior to childbirth in the event of a risk being detected for themselves or their child and with regard to the transfer of children between the units mentioned in article R. 6123-39.

Le schéma régional de santé fixe des objectifs en ce qui concerne la coopération entre les établissements de santé autorisés à pratiquer l’obstétrique, la néonatologie et la réanimation néonatale et l’organisation en matière d’orientation de la femme enceinte préalablement à son accouchement en cas de risque décelé pour elle-même ou son enfant et en matière de transfert des enfants entre les unités mentionnées à l’article R. 6123-39.
