Article R6123-53 of the French Public Health Code

The authorisation application or renewal file provided for in article R. 6122-32 must show whether the establishment has joined a specific regional scheme or entered into an agreement with one or more other establishments under the conditions mentioned in article R. 6123-52.

Le dossier de demande ou de renouvellement d’autorisation prévu à l’article R. 6122-32 fait apparaître si l’établissement a adhéré à un dispositif spécifique régional ou a passé convention avec un ou plusieurs autres établissements dans les conditions mentionnées à l’article R. 6123-52.
