Article R6123-57 of the French Public Health Code

Each of the methods mentioned in 1°, 2° and 3° of article R. 6123-54 may only be offered to patients in a seasonal unit as defined in article R. 6123-62 when the healthcare establishment is authorised to treat chronic renal failure on a permanent basis using one of these methods.

Chacune des modalités mentionnées aux 1°, 2° et 3° de l’article R. 6123-54 ne peut être proposée au patient dans une unité saisonnière telle que définie à l’article R. 6123-62 que lorsque l’établissement de santé est autorisé à traiter à titre permanent l’insuffisance rénale chronique selon l’une de ces modalités.
