Article R6123-91 of the French Public Health Code

I.-Authorisation may only be granted if the applicant is a member of the specific regional cancer scheme recognised by the Institut national du cancer.

II-The holder of the authorisation meets the accreditation criteria defined by the Institut National du Cancer in application of 2° of article L. 1415-2 with regard to the quality of cancer treatment.

I.-L’autorisation ne peut être accordée que si le demandeur est membre du dispositif spécifique régional du cancer reconnu par l’Institut national du cancer.

II.-Le titulaire de l’autorisation satisfait aux critères d’agrément définis par l’Institut national du cancer en application du 2° de l’article L. 1415-2 en matière de qualité de la prise en charge des affections cancéreuses.
