Article R6123-92-14 of the French Public Health Code

The holder of the authorisation for surgical oncology has an organisation that enables it, where necessary, to provide support to one or more other health establishments that hold a surgical authorisation but are not authorised for surgical oncology in application of the provisions of 1° and 2° of article R. 6123-90 and that contribute to the surgical care pathway for cancer patients upstream or downstream of the surgical oncology operation.

The terms and conditions of this organisation are defined by order of the Minister for Health on a proposal from the National Cancer Institute.

Article R6123-92-14

Le titulaire de l’autorisation de chirurgie oncologique dispose d’une organisation lui permettant, en tant que de besoin, d’être en appui d’un ou plusieurs autres établissements de santé titulaires d’une autorisation de chirurgie sans être autorisés à la chirurgie oncologique en application des dispositions des 1° et 2° de l’article R. 6123-90 et qui contribuent au parcours de soins chirurgical du patient atteint d’un cancer en amont ou en aval de l’intervention chirurgicale oncologique.

Les modalités de cette organisation sont définies par arrêté du ministre en charge de la santé sur proposition de l’Institut national du cancer.
