Authorisation for A6 breast oncology surgery may only be granted if the health care establishment is organised in such a way as to enable it:
1° To prepare for oncology surgery, to have access to :
a) On-site access to breast detection techniques;
b) On-site access or by agreement, to sentinel lymph node techniques as part of a pre-established protocol with a nuclear medicine team;
2° Access, if necessary during the operation, to breast imaging of the operating room within the operating theatre or within a technical imaging platform within the establishment or in a neighbouring building, and within the framework of a pre-established protocol with radiologists;
3° Patient access to breast reconstruction techniques, either on site or by agreement.
