Article R6123-93-5 of the French Public Health Code

I.-When the holder of an external radiotherapy authorisation carries out treatments using the proton therapy technique, he also has an authorisation on the same site to hold heavy cyclotron equipment for medical use as mentioned in 5° of article R. 6122-26. The provisions of the first two paragraphs of article R. 6123-93-2 do not apply to it.

II -When the holder of the external radiotherapy licence carries out treatments using the proton therapy technique, he also has an ambulatory anaesthesia authorisation on the same site, as provided for in article R. 6121-4.

I.-Lorsque le titulaire d’une autorisation de radiothérapie externe réalise des traitements avec la technique de protonthérapie, il dispose également sur le même site d’une autorisation de détenir un équipement matériel lourd de cyclotron à utilisation médicale mentionnée au 5° de l’article R. 6122-26. Les dispositions des deux premiers alinéas de l’article R. 6123-93-2 ne lui sont pas applicables.

II.-Lorsque le titulaire de radiothérapie externe réalise des traitements avec la technique de protonthérapie, il dispose également sur le même site d’une autorisation d’anesthésie ambulatoire prévue à l’article R. 6121-4.
