When the court opens safeguard, reorganisation or liquidation proceedings instituted by Book VI of the Commercial Code against one of the persons mentioned in Article R. 613-14, the Registrar shall forward this information, in writing and without delay, to the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution.

Lorsque le tribunal ouvre une procédure de sauvegarde, de redressement ou de liquidation judiciaires instituées par le livre VI du code de commerce à l’encontre d’une des personnes mentionnées à l’article R. 613-14, le greffier transmet cette information, par écrit et sans délai, à l’Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution.
