Article R6142-29 of the French Public Health Code

At their request, the committee may hear the director(s) of the training and research unit and the teacher in charge of the medicine department if the director is a pharmacist, or the teacher in charge of the pharmacy department if the director is a doctor, as well as the chairman of the board of directors, the director general and the chairman of the university hospital centre’s institutional medical committee, the regional public health inspector and the regional public health inspector pharmacist or their representatives.

The Chairman in office may summon any person he deems necessary to be heard.

La commission peut entendre, sur leur demande, le ou les directeurs d’unité de formation et de recherche et l’enseignant responsable de la section de médecine si le directeur est pharmacien, ou l’enseignant responsable de la section pharmacie, si le directeur est médecin, ainsi que le président du conseil d’administration, le directeur général et le président de la commission médicale d’établissement du centre hospitalier universitaire, le médecin inspecteur régional de santé publique et le pharmacien inspecteur régional de santé publique ou leurs représentants.

Le président en exercice peut convoquer toute personne dont l’audition lui paraît nécessaire.
