The secretariat for the committee of the Montpellier-Nîmes university hospital centre is provided by the Montpellier university hospital centre. The secretariat for the committee of the Antilles-Guyane university hospital centre is provided by the Fort-de-France university hospital centre.

Le centre hospitalier universitaire assure le secrétariat du comité et lui fournit les moyens matériels et financiers nécessaires à son activité. Le secrétariat du comité du centre hospitalier et universitaire de Montpellier-Nîmes est assuré par le centre hospitalier universitaire de Montpellier, celui du centre hospitalier et universitaire d’Antilles-Guyane est assuré par le centre hospitalier universitaire de Fort-de-France.
