Article R615-19 of the French Intellectual Property Code

Within the time limit set by the President, the National Institute of Industrial Property shall communicate to the latter those items in its possession which may be disclosed without prejudice to the rights of third parties or to the interests of national defence.

A copy of this communication shall immediately be sent to the parties by the Secretariat.

Dans le délai fixé par le président, l’Institut national de la propriété industrielle communique à cette dernière ceux des éléments en sa possession qui peuvent être divulgués sans porter atteinte aux droits des tiers ou aux intérêts de la défense nationale.

Copie de cette communication est immédiatement adressée aux parties par le secrétariat.
