Article R6152-528 of the French Public Health Code

When hospital assistants move to Guadeloupe, Guyana, Martinique, La Réunion, Mayotte, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin or Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, and when they return to mainland France after this assignment, their transport costs, their spouse and dependent children within the meaning of Book V of the Social Security Code, as well as the costs of moving their furniture, relating to their change of residence are borne, in accordance with the provisions applicable to civil servants, by the establishment in the community concerned to which the practitioners concerned are or have been assigned.

Lors de leur installation en Guadeloupe, en Guyane, en Martinique, à La Réunion, à Mayotte, à Saint-Barthélemy, à Saint-Martin ou à Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon et lors de leur retour, après cette affectation, sur le territoire métropolitain, les frais de transport des assistants des hôpitaux, de leur conjoint et de leurs enfants à charge au sens du livre V du code de la sécurité sociale ainsi que les frais de déménagement de leur mobilier, afférents à leur changement de résidence sont supportés, conformément aux dispositions applicables aux fonctionnaires de l’Etat, par l’établissement de la collectivité concernée dans lequel les praticiens intéressés sont ou ont été affectés.
