The Regional Commission for Private Practice is convened by its Chairman. The commission’s secretariat is provided by the regional health agency.
Commission members are bound by medical and professional confidentiality and discretion.
The Commission meets at least once a year and whenever a matter is referred to it by the authorities listed in article R. 6154-15.

Les membres de la commission sont soumis à l’obligation de secret médical et professionnel et de discrétion.
