Article R622-6 of the French Consumer Code

The approved national consumer organisation shall inform its principals, by all appropriate means, of the court before which the case is brought and, where appropriate, that before which it has been referred, the date of the hearing and the date on which judgment is to be given.
At the request of one of its principals, the approved national consumer organisation shall deliver, at the latter’s expense, a copy of the document instituting the proceedings and, where appropriate, of the written submissions.

L’association nationale agréée de consommateurs fait connaître à ses mandants, par tous moyens appropriés, la juridiction devant laquelle l’affaire est portée et, le cas échéant, celle devant laquelle elle a été renvoyée, la date de l’audience et la date à laquelle le jugement doit être rendu.
Sur la demande d’un de ses mandants, l’organisation nationale agréée de consommateurs doit délivrer, aux frais de celui-ci, copie de l’acte introductif d’instance et, le cas échéant, des conclusions écrites.
