Article R622-9 of the French Consumer Code

The notice of appeal and the statement of appeal shall contain, on pain of nullity, in addition to the particulars required by law, the name of the approved national association, its registered office, the body which legally represents it and the identity of the consumers on whose behalf it is acting.

L’acte d’appel et la déclaration de pourvoi contiennent, à peine de nullité, outre les mentions prévues par la loi, la dénomination de l’association nationale agréée, son siège social, l’organe qui la représente légalement et l’identité des consommateurs pour le compte de qui elle agit.
