Article R6225-10 of the French Labour Code

When the Regional Director for Business, Competition, Consumption, Labour and Employment has prohibited the recruitment of new apprentices, in application of article L. 6225-6, the employer may ask him to put an end to this prohibition.
The employer shall attach to his request all evidence to show that he has taken the necessary measures to eliminate any risk of harm to the health or physical or moral integrity of apprentices in the company.

Lorsque le directeur régional des entreprises, de la concurrence, de la consommation, du travail et de l’emploi a interdit le recrutement de nouveaux apprentis, en application de l’article L. 6225-6, l’employeur peut lui demander de mettre fin à cette interdiction.
L’employeur joint à sa demande toutes justifications de nature à établir qu’il a pris les mesures nécessaires pour supprimer tout risque d’atteinte à la santé ou à l’intégrité physique ou morale des apprentis dans l’entreprise.
