Article R623-29 of the French Consumer Code

In all acts relating to the judicial liquidation of damages and the compulsory enforcement of the judgment, the association shall specify, in addition to the particulars required by law, on pain of nullity, the identity of the consumers on whose behalf it is acting.

Dans tous les actes relatifs à la liquidation judiciaire des préjudices et à l’exécution forcée du jugement, l’association précise, outre les mentions prévues par la loi, à peine de nullité, l’identité des consommateurs pour le compte de qui elle agit.
