The agreement provided for in article L. 6232-1 sets out the conditions under which all or part of the teaching normally provided by the apprentice training centre is provided by the structures mentioned in this article.
The implementation of this agreement is without prejudice to the tasks and obligations of the apprentice training centre set out in articles L. 6231-2 to L. 6231-7.
La convention prévue à l’article L. 6232-1 fixe les conditions dans lesquelles tout ou partie des enseignements normalement dispensés par le centre de formation d’apprentis est assurée par les structures mentionnées à cet article.
La mise en œuvre de cette convention s’effectue sans préjudice des missions et obligations du centre de formation d’apprentis prévues aux articles L. 6231-2 à L. 6231-7.
