Article R6314-5 of the French Public Health Code

Any person holding the authorisation provided for in Article R. 6312-11 is liable to a fine for a fifth-class offence:

1° Fail to comply with their custody obligations ;

2° Carrying out or having carried out a medical transport operation without complying with the obligations laid down in the second paragraph of article R. 6312-16 relating to the conditions under which the patient is transported.

Article R6314-5

Est puni de la peine d’amende prévue pour les contraventions de la cinquième classe le fait pour une personne titulaire de l’agrément prévu à l’article R. 6312-11 :

1° De ne pas respecter les obligations de garde qui lui incombent ;

2° D’effectuer ou de faire effectuer un transport sanitaire sans respecter les obligations prévues au deuxième alinéa de l’article R. 6312-16 relatives aux conditions de transport du malade.
