Article R6314-5 of the French Public Health Code

Any person holding the authorisation provided for in Article R. 6312-11 is liable to a fine for a fifth-class offence: 1° Fail to comply with their custody obligations ; 2° Carrying out or having carried out a medical transport operation without complying with the obligations laid down in the second paragraph of article R. 6312-16 relating to the conditions under which the patient is transported.
