Article R6314-4 of the French Public Health Code

Any person holding the authorisation provided for inArticle R. 6312-11 is liable to a fine of the third class:

1° Failing to keep an up-to-date list of its staff, specifying their qualifications, and failing to send it annually to the regional health agency ;

2° Failing to inform, during on-call duty, the medical call reception and regulation centre in accordance with 4° ofarticle R. 6312-23.

Article R6314-4

Est puni de la peine d’amende prévue pour les contraventions de la troisième classe le fait pour une personne titulaire de l’agrément prévu à l’article R. 6312-11 :

1° Ne pas tenir à jour et ne pas adresser annuellement la liste de son personnel en précisant sa qualification à l’agence régionale de santé ;

2° De ne pas informer, pendant la garde, le centre de réception et de régulation des appels médicaux conformément au 4° de l’article R. 6312-23.
