Article R6323-11-2 of the French Labour Code

The employee referred to in article R. 6323-9-1 who meets one of the seniority conditions provided for in this article may submit a request to the competent regional inter-professional joint committee for the funding of a professional transition project no later than four months after the end of his last employment contract or assignment contract, provided that the training action begins no later than six months after this end.

Le salarié mentionné à l’article R. 6323-9-1 et réunissant l’une des conditions d’ancienneté prévues à cet article peut adresser une demande de prise en charge d’un projet de transition professionnelle à la commission paritaire interprofessionnelle régionale compétente au plus tard quatre mois après le terme de son dernier contrat de travail ou contrat de mission, à la condition que l’action de formation débute au plus tard six mois après ce terme.
