Article R6323-15 of the French Labour Code

If the regional cross-industry joint committee rejects all or part of a request for reimbursement, it will notify the employee of the reasons for the rejection by any means that provides a date certain for receipt of the notification. It will also inform the employee of the possibility of lodging an appeal.

La commission paritaire interprofessionnelle régionale qui rejette tout ou partie d’une demande de prise en charge notifie au salarié les raisons motivant ce rejet par tout moyen conférant date certaine à la réception de cette notification. Elle l’informe également, dans sa notification, de la possibilité de déposer un recours gracieux.
