Article R6323-32 of the French Labour Code

In accordance with the provisions of article L. 6323-8, the Minister responsible for vocational training has authorised the creation of an automated personal data processing system known as the Personal Training Account Information System (SI-CPF), for the management of rights registered on the personal training account, the management of the account holder’s training path, the provision of information relating to the training on offer and the payment of training costs from the moment the account holder registers for training until payment is made to the service providers mentioned in article L. 6351-1.

This processing also enables the management and use of the individual right to training for local elected representatives mentioned in article L. 1621-3 of the General Code for Local Authorities.

The minister responsible for vocational training and the Caisse des dépôts et consignations are jointly responsible for the automated processing, which is implemented and managed by the Caisse des dépôts et consignations.

Article R6323-32

Conformément aux dispositions de l’article L. 6323-8, est autorisée la création, par le ministre chargé de la formation professionnelle, d’un traitement automatisé de données à caractère personnel dénommé Système d’information du compte personnel de formation (SI-CPF), permettant la gestion des droits inscrits sur le compte personnel de formation, la gestion du parcours de formation du titulaire du compte, la mise à disposition des informations relatives à l’offre de formation et la prise en charge des actions de formation de l’inscription du titulaire du compte aux formations jusqu’au paiement des prestataires mentionnés à l’article L. 6351-1.

Ce traitement permet également la gestion et l’utilisation du droit individuel à la formation des élus locaux mentionné à l’ article L. 1621-3 du code général des collectivités territoriales.

Le ministre chargé de la formation professionnelle et la Caisse des dépôts et consignations sont responsables conjoints du traitement automatisé, qui est mis en œuvre et géré par la Caisse des dépôts et consignations.
