Article R6323-38 of the French Labour Code

I.-Information in accordance with the provisions of Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 shall appear on the website of the automated processing mentioned in Article R. 6323-32.

II-The right to erasure and the right to object provided for in Articles 17 and 21 of the Regulation mentioned in I do not apply to the processing mentioned in Article R. 6323-32.

III – The rights of access, rectification and limitation provided for in articles 15, 16 and 18 of the regulation mentioned in I and II may be exercised with the Caisse des dépôts et consignations.

I.-Une information conforme aux dispositions de l’article 13 du règlement (UE) 2016/679 du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 27 avril 2016 figure sur le site internet du traitement automatisé mentionné à l’article R. 6323-32.

II.-Le droit à l’effacement et le droit d’opposition prévus aux articles 17 et 21 du règlement mentionné au I ne s’appliquent pas au traitement mentionné à l’article R. 6323-32.

III.- Les droits d’accès, de rectification et de limitation prévus aux articles 15,16 et 18 du règlement mentionné aux I et II s’exercent auprès de la Caisse des dépôts et consignations.
