Any operation relating to the automated processing mentioned in article R. 6323-32 is recorded, including the identification of the user, the date, the time and the nature of the intervention in this processing. This information is kept for a period of one year.

In the event of a dispute, this period is extended, if necessary, until a final court decision is reached.

Toute opération relative au traitement automatisé mentionné à l’article R. 6323-32 fait l’objet d’un enregistrement comprenant l’identification de l’utilisateur, la date, l’heure et la nature de l’intervention dans ce traitement. Ces informations sont conservées pendant une durée d’un an.

En cas de contentieux, ce délai est prorogé, le cas échéant, jusqu’à l’intervention d’une décision juridictionnelle définitive.
