Article R6332-15 of the French Labour Code

I.-The skills operator manages the contributions referred to in 2°, 3° and 4° of article L. 6131-1 within the sections dedicated to financing respectively:

1° Work-linked training initiatives;

2° Initiatives to develop skills for the benefit of companies with fewer than fifty employees.

II.-The skills operator manages, where appropriate, within the framework of sections set up for this purpose, the additional contributions for the development of continuing vocational training mentioned in article L. 6332-1-2 which are paid to it:

1° Pursuant to a branch agreement;

2° On a voluntary basis by the company.

Article R6332-15

I.-L’opérateur de compétences gère les contributions mentionnées aux 2°, 3° et 4° de l’article L. 6131-1 au sein des sections consacrées au financement respectivement :

1° Des actions en alternance ;

2° Des actions utiles au développement des compétences au bénéfice des entreprises de moins de cinquante salariés.

II.-L’opérateur de compétences gère, le cas échéant, dans le cadre de sections constituées en son sein à cet effet, les contributions supplémentaires ayant pour objet le développement de la formation professionnelle continue mentionnées à l’article L. 6332-1-2 qui lui sont versées :

1° En application d’un accord de branche ;

2° Sur une base volontaire par l’entreprise.
