Skills operators inform the Minister responsible for vocational training of any changes made to their articles of association, their internal regulations and their organisation chart, sending him these documents as soon as they are amended.

Each year, they also inform the Minister of the number and composition of the boards of directors, joint committees and professional joint sections set up for each professional branch.

Les opérateurs de compétences informent le ministre chargé de la formation professionnelle de toute modification apportée à leurs statuts, à leur règlement intérieur et à leur organigramme en lui transmettant ces documents dès modification.

Ils lui communiquent également chaque année le nombre et la composition des conseils d’administration, des commissions paritaires et des sections paritaires professionnelles mises en place pour chaque branche professionnelle.
