Article R6332-31 of the French Labour Code

I.-Each year, before 31 May following the calendar year in question, the skills operators will send the Minister responsible for vocational training and France Compétences a statement, the model for which will be set by the Minister responsible for vocational training.

II.-The statement referred to in I will include statistical and financial information enabling the operation of the skills operator to be monitored and the use of the funds received to be assessed, as well as its accounts and balance sheets.

The statistical and financial information that may be made public will be defined by order of the Minister responsible for vocational training.

III – The Skills Operator’s auditor will certify the reality and accuracy of the financial information.

Article R6332-31

I.-Les opérateurs de compétences transmettent chaque année, avant le 31 mai suivant l’année civile considérée, au ministre chargé de la formation professionnelle et à France compétences un état, dont le modèle est fixé par le ministre chargé de la formation professionnelle.

II.-L’état mentionné au I comporte les renseignements statistiques et financiers permettant de suivre le fonctionnement de l’opérateur de compétences et d’apprécier l’emploi des fonds reçus, ainsi que ses comptes et bilans.

Les renseignements statistiques et financiers qui peuvent être rendus publics sont définis par arrêté du ministre chargé de la formation professionnelle.

III.-Le commissaire aux comptes des opérateurs de compétences atteste de la réalité et de l’exactitude des renseignements financiers.
