Article R6332-72 of the French Labour Code

The body referred to inArticle L. 225-1-1 of the Social Security Code pays the amount of the contribution referred to in Article L. 6331-48 to France Compétences in the form of an advance payment by 31 December of the year in respect of which it is due at the latest, after deduction of the management costs referred to in Article L. 6331-52 of this Code and in accordance with the procedures laid down by agreement between these bodies. The advance payment is adjusted no later than 1st March of the year following collection of the contribution. The body mentioned in Article L. 225-1-1 of the Social Security Code accompanies its payments with information, listed in the same agreement, enabling the funds to be distributed by France Compétences.

L’organisme mentionné à l’article L. 225-1-1 du code de la sécurité sociale reverse sous forme d’un acompte le montant de la contribution mentionnée à l’article L. 6331-48 à France compétences au plus tard le 31 décembre de l’année au titre de laquelle elle est due, après déduction des frais de gestion mentionnés à l’article L. 6331-52 du présent code et selon des modalités fixées par convention entre ces organismes. La régularisation de l’acompte est effectuée au plus tard le 1er mars de l’année qui suit le recouvrement de la contribution. L’organisme mentionné à l’article L. 225-1-1 du code de la sécurité sociale accompagne ses versements des informations, recensées dans la même convention, permettant la répartition des fonds par France compétences.
