Article R6332-75 of the French Labour Code

The contribution due by the persons mentioned in the first paragraph of article L. 6331-48 is distributed by France Compétences between the training insurance funds for non-salaried workers according to the population of contributors falling within the scope of each fund. This allocation is based in particular on information provided by the collecting bodies. These payments give rise to an instalment before 1st February of the year following that in which the contribution is collected, followed by an adjustment before the following 1st April.

La contribution due par les personnes mentionnées au premier alinéa de l’article L. 6331-48 est répartie par France compétences entre les fonds d’assurance formation de non-salariés en fonction de la population des cotisants relevant du champ d’intervention de chaque fonds. Cette répartition est notamment fondée sur les informations fournies par les organismes collecteurs. Ces versements donnent lieu à un acompte avant le 1er février de l’année suivant celle du recouvrement de la contribution puis à une régularisation avant le 1er avril suivant.
