Article R6341-13 of the French Labour Code

The training plan defines:
1° For each month, the timetable, the nature of the work, the estimated time required to complete the work requested and the method used to check that the work has been carried out;
2° The trainee’s attendance record, based on the ratio between the estimated time required to complete the work actually carried out by the trainee and checked by the establishment and the estimated time required to complete all the work scheduled for each month.

Le plan de formation définit :
1° Pour chaque mois, le calendrier, la nature, la durée estimée nécessaire pour réaliser les travaux demandés et le mode de vérification de l’exécution de ces derniers ;
2° L’assiduité du stagiaire, par le rapport entre la durée estimée de l’exécution des travaux effectivement réalisés par le stagiaire et vérifiés par l’établissement et la durée estimée nécessaire pour réaliser tous les travaux prévus chaque mois.
